What was the problem you were experiencing before you decided to remove your pool?

The pool has had 2 generations of families having fun, however now it is rarely used. Therefore the high maintenance and cost of running a pool are no longer a high priority.

Firstly, we spoke with Adam Martelletti on speaker phone who explained all the options to us. Adam was very patient, helpful and extremely courteous from this first phone call through to the completion of the job. We were quite anxious on the day the pool was about to be removed and in two minds as to whether we were doing the right thing. When we expressed this to Adam he allayed our fears and reassured us that it’s a normal reaction of customers as it is a big decision and a huge job. Adam’s employees Matt and Shane were also very polite and hardworking. They took a day and a half to complete the job and didn’t miss a beat. We actually made lunch for them in the hope they would take a break, which was gratefully received. After 5 truckloads of sand were delivered we thought there would be a huge cleanup for us but Matt and Shane left the front and back looking very neat and tidy.
